Route 10, Walton, New York 13856

The Octagon Farm is shown on Delaware Coounty Maps as Hawley's Station as once the O & W train regularly stopped here.

The residence has been shared with Bed & Breakfast guests since 1984, with many regular and repeat visitors. Although the 12-foot ceilings have been lowered for energy conservation, much of the original charm is still evident in this magnificent structure. The beautiful Delaware River and the foothills of the Catskills can be seen from the cupola at the top of the central spiral staircase. John Hawley cut the foot thick stone for the walls and built this Octagon house in the late 1800's. Later in years the home was sided with brick.

    Guest Rooms
The Octagon-shaped exterior gives the inside rooms interesting and unusual dimensions. All the guest rooms are quiet, airy rooms on the second floor and share a common bath.

Guests can make their selection from our "Generous Farmer's Breakfast Menu" -- as little or as much as they want, with many homemade and seasonal home grown items offered.
