- For your convenience this site is organized so that if you are traveling to a specific place you can go directly to the city of your choice, by selecting the "Direct Route"; if you are not certain where you are going other than a specific region, like the Catskills, you can take the scenic route and use the "Maps". Explore each of the three major regions of the Hudson Valley, and then locate a county to find great B&B's Getaways available within a comfortable driving distance (15-20 mile radius) within sections of the counties.
Either way you will always find any number of fabulous weekend or midweek getaways that meet your specific needs.
- There's also easy access to an events calendar
- Once you've decided on where you want to stay make certain to find out about "Things-to-do" in the area. You'll find hundreds of performance spaces and event producers/organizers listed on the calendar.

- That's our famous "World Wide Word of Mouth" section. Read it and you can find out what other Guests think about the B&B's listed here. One of the best sources of information about a B&B is the opinions of other guests who have stayed there. We encourage everyone to send in a note. - The Direct Route option presents you with 175 cities and towns, which have at least one Bed & Breakfast, in alphabetical order. Click on any specific one and you will travel to the B&B's located in that town. However if all the options are already booked or if you want more choices, use the "To view additional B&B's nearby" link and you will see all the B&B's within a comfortable driving distance in the surrounding areas.

- The 1st map of the Hudson Valley is broken down into 3 major regions. Just click on one of the regions to get more detailed county maps. The overlaid concentric circles also shows approximate driving distances from New York City:
- 50 miles or 80.6 kilometers
- 100 miles or 161.3 kilometers
- 150 miles or 241.9 kilometers
More detailed maps are available at all levels, until you reach areas of approximately 15-20 mile radius within the counties. At which point you will find listing of B&B's within this area.
You will find detailed driving directions for most of the B&B's which have an expanded listing and in the near future we will be providing detailed road maps which you will be able to download and take on your trip.
