    About the property:
    The original Peabody Bradford House, also known as "The Landing," was built circa 1760 by the great grandson of William Bradford and was greatly enlarged around 1900. It is situated in a rural area with a commanding view of the tidal Jones River, named after Captain Jones of the Mayflower. A short walk gives access to Kingston and Plymouth Bays.

    Accommodations:
    Three twin bedrooms, each with its own private bath, are available to guests. There a sitting room for conversation, reading or TV.

    Activities:
    Minutes from historic Plymouth. Centrally located for day trips to Boston, Cape Cod, the Islands and Newport. Beautiful sandy beaches abound on the south shore. Tennis, golf and fishing are also available.

    Travel Directions:

    From Boston and the north:
    Route 3 south toward Cape Cod to Exit 10. Left off ramp on Route 3A, cross over highway 1/4 mile to Park Street on your right. Turn right on Park, stay left at fork to stop sign. Straight ahead 1/2 mile to first left at River Street. Turn left into driveway at Number 6 River Street.

    From New York and south:
    I 95 north to I 93 north. Follow I 93 to intersection with Route 3 south toward Cape Cod and continue as above.

    From Plymouth and Cape Cod:
    Route 3 north to Exit 9. Right off ramp onto Main Street (Route 3A). Down hill, cross bridge over Jones River and take immediate right on Landing Road. Under railroad bridge, boatyard on right; then under highway bridge. River Street is just beyond. Turn right, then immediate left into driveway at Number 6.


A continental breakfast is served each morning in the dining room.
Children over 12 welcome.
We make no issue about smoking - people just do not smoke.
No Pets allowed.
